The Pitts Family is now 75% Funded!

Hey Friends and Family! We are so excited to tell you that we now have 75% of our needed funding for our ministry in Kenya! We are continuing to grow our support team as we reach out to individuals, churches, and businesses daily. God has really blessed this past month that we have been full time support raising. In fact, our prayer that he would bring people who love to support missions, or have a heart for the Turkana people has been answered. Some of our newest supporters include people who we have never met personally, but are passionate about working with the church internationally.

As soon as the lacking funding comes in, our family is ready to move to Turkana and into fulltime ministry. We trust that we will get there in God’s timing. In this time of transition, we are staying in St. Louis with great friends who are also ministry partners while we keep busy packing, downsizing, and preparing for the big move overseas. It has been nice to be back in the area we call home for now, as we continue working toward our new home in Kenya.

Even though we have the last quarter of our support to raise, it is coming in more quickly than ever. As we wrap up our last bit of support raising we have several prayer items that you all can join us in praying about!

1)  Praise that we have come this far in the fund raising process. And that during this last bit of support raising we keep our focus on God and His work, rather than dollars and cents.

2) Pray for our immediate family in this time of us transitioning out of the country, especially those that we leave behind in the States.

3) Lastly, that God would continue to bring us partners as we raise this last bit of support.

Thank you for journeying with us as we head to the field. It is humbling to have so many people in our lives who support us through prayer or financially, both on the field and in this season of support raising. Without your partnership we would simply not be able to do what we are called to do. Thanks again for your support, however you show it!
